Nestled amongst the glitz and glam of Macao is a tiny bake shop well worth waiting in line. Opened in 1902, the Fong Kei Bakery satisfies thousands of snack cravings a day, with its pork-flavored biscuits, almond cookies and much more. Making treats so sweet requires a lot of secrecy, but there’s one hint we can drop: the chicken cakes? They aren’t made with chicken.
