Skateboarding as Therapy for Kids on the Autism Spectrum
There is something about skateboarding that helps autistic children with their focus. That’s why Crys Worley started the A.Skate Foundation, a non-profit that pairs skateboarders and kids with autism to help the kids learn to skate. The organization hosts events all over the United States, Ireland and Australia, and even gets the pros involved. Now that’s shredding for a cause.
