How the Blind Woodsman Crafts Wooden Works of Art
John Furniss is a master craftsman who turns gorgeous wooden bowls on his lathe. The only thing that separates him from other fine woodworkers? He’s blind. After surviving a suicide attempt as a teenager, Furniss lost his sight. Then he discovered woodworking and with it, a new passion for life. The skilled craftsman shows us how, in his capable hands, a chunk of wood is transformed into a work of art.
