In Garden City, Kansas, you’ll find a diverse, hard-working community where ethnicity, religion and language are not dividing lines, but differences that are embraced and respected. Recently, however, these values came under attack. While a small group of people tried to pull the community apart, Garden City residents rose above it, and they continue to fight for better.
