After working at some of the top tech companies in the country, Tracy laid witness to the obvious lack of diversity in her industry. She decided to bring attention to the issue, resulting in companies like Google and Facebook making their own diversity data public. Today, Tracy is more than just an engineer; she’s an advocate for making the tech sector better represent the people they serve.
